SITE FOBIDDEN

Hi i have had a problem getting on to this site today, i used my desktop shortcut as normal,
but i keep getting the no translation report, but i also have this site in my Bookmarks, so i tried
to get to the site via my bookmark, but again i was denied entry to the site, all that came up was
FORBIDDEN , you do not have permission to enter the site,.
as a last resort i put the site address on my search engine FORMULA ONE MANAGER-ACCUEIL
and managed to access the site, Can you please tell me ,,what is happening here ?
